Prompted by the publication of some of Machen’s WWI era letters in a recent work, does anyone know if there exists a collection of Warfield letters? (though I have read somewhere that his writing was often difficult to read)

I wonder if you could get permission to reproduce the exhaustive bibliography by John Meeter and Roger Nicole of Warfield’s writings that was published by P&R in 1974. It’s a shame it has been out of print for decades. I have a copy packed away somewhere and hope to unearth it when I start working on the boxes of books left unopened from our move.
